How to apply
Contact Foster Hope and request eligibility information. If eligible, schedule an assessment. SOH currently conducts assessments on Wednesdays from 11:00 AM–3:30 PM.
What to bring
Depending on the service, SOH may request a valid ID, Social Security card, homeless verification, proof of school enrollment, proof of income, ward-of-court documentation, or a recent TB test. Not every document is required for every program, so youth should call first.
