iFoster Jobs Program
iFoster
The iFoster Jobs Program helps foster youth build the skills and experience needed to become financially independent. Participants receive trauma-informed job-readiness training and support with hard and soft skills, and iFoster works with employer partners to connect participants to internships and part-time and full-time employment. Support can also address barriers such as transportation, housing stability, and access to a phone. Some employer opportunities offer benefits, scholarships, tuition reimbursement, and career advancement.
