Peace4Kids
THRIVE is Peace4Kids' transition-age youth program for youth and young adults ages 16–26. Participants can choose group gatherings, leadership opportunities and individualized coaching based on what they need. The program takes a holistic approach to adulthood and wellness, including identity and culture, independent living, relationships, health and personal goals. THRIVE can also help young people access essential documents such as identification, birth certificates, medical cards, school transcripts and IEPs. 1339 E. 120th St. Los Angeles, CA 90059
